01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between oknn ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Member", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided at oknn.io and any associated sub-domains or applications.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the oknn platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the oknn Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion or bonus offer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the oknn platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by oknn or any affiliated responsible gaming registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of oknn or any of its game or software providers.

oknn reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Eligibility determinations are made at the sole discretion of oknn, and all decisions are final.

03 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of oknn services, you must complete the registration process and create a single member account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the oknn platform. Creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or a different name, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. oknn will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC Verification: oknn operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by oknn's compliance team.
• Account Currency: All oknn accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Deposits and withdrawals are made exclusively in ৳.

oknn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if the information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

oknn supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer and card minimums may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your oknn wallet within 60 seconds for mobile money methods, though processing times may be longer during periods of high network demand or scheduled maintenance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. oknn reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method.
• oknn does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which oknn accepts no responsibility.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you before processing is initiated. Once processing has begun, the request cannot be reversed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

oknn offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳1,000 or the equivalent in promotional currency, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: Requesting a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

oknn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bets or bonus activity already in progress at the time of the change.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the oknn platform. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published in the oknn sportsbook help section and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to the prices and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed. oknn reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all other listed competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay to allow for price updates. oknn does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for the duration of any sporting event.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a minimum completion threshold has been met.
• oknn reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or close accounts of members identified as consistently winning above normal thresholds, at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed after the official start time of an event using non-live (pre-match) prices will be voided, and the stake will be returned to your wallet.

07 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the oknn platform are provided by third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications set by their respective providers.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt by the dealer. oknn does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your wallet. No partial results from an interrupted round will be paid out as winnings.
• Live casino game rules are displayed at each game table and constitute the definitive rules for that game. In any conflict between table rules and general platform rules, the table rules prevail for that game type.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games. These limits are displayed in the game information panel for each title. Wins exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum win amount.
• oknn reserves the right to void casino game results if it determines that a technical error, game provider fault, or software bug has produced an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oknn platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-Fixing and Inside Information: Placing bets using knowledge of a pre-determined outcome or non-public information that materially affects the result of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that automates or assists in the placement of bets without human input at the moment of each individual wager.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or otherwise circumventing the terms of any bonus or promotion to obtain financial gain beyond that intended by the promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using the oknn platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of proceeds of crime or the financing of terrorism. oknn is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds on the oknn platform.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

oknn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC processes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity: an account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.
• Request by the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

oknn is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from within your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the oknn platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the oknn platform — including but not limited to the oknn brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of oknn or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oknn platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any oknn content without prior written consent.
• Use the oknn brand, logo, or any associated marks in any context that could imply endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the oknn platform using automated tools for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Any unauthorised use of oknn intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by oknn.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oknn's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oknn shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether oknn had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or network interruptions outside of oknn's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or software suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits oknn's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

oknn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — the delivery of promotional communications.

oknn does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC service providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the service. 14 Amendments to These Terms

oknn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oknn will provide reasonable notice to registered members by displaying a notice on the platform login page or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Continued use of the oknn platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit an account closure request to the support team.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the oknn platform or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
